Sacred Psalms
During our busy lives, days seem to be full and it is easy to overlook the fundamental Christian stories throughout Lent. We have made psalm meditation videos for you to take a moment and pause and meditate upon words, images and beautiful music.
Spiritual Practices
Over the course of lent, we fast from the communion that we have every other Sunday during the liturgical year, and instead we focus on spiritual practices. If you would like to do them at home, you can download our resource.

Good Friday
Join us in community on April 18th, 10AM for our Good Friday gathering at United Commons (932 Balmoral Rd) as we commemorate Good Friday.
Easter Egg Hunt
We hope to create an environment that supports inclusivity, fun and community. We are thankful for our partners Cherry Blossom Childcare and North Park Neighbourhood Association.
All donations will be going towards VIRCS.
NOTE: Rain or Shine this hunt will happen.
