The aspect of Fairfield United Church that I value most is the genuinely welcoming, open-minded, open-hearted community of diverse folks who gather together to explore a shared spiritual journey. We may not all approach our faith in the same way, but we all work hard to live in hope, and we all yearn to bring about a new way of living with one another in love and light.

My participation in the community of Fairfield United Church helps me to continue to explore my faith and the divine in a safe and supportive environment without judgement or condemnation. We lovingly challenge one another to be in right relationship with others, those close to us and those we have yet to meet. I’m grateful for those who make our community one of compassion, forgiveness, healing and hope.

With all these lovely folks, I can continue to grow spiritually and know I always have a loving home where I can celebrate life and our collective joy, and also seek refuge when necessary.
